Christopher White has been involved with the Construction industry since the 70's and has been specializing in Project Management and Troubled Project / Claims consulting for the past 15 years. Qualified as an Expert Witness in Construction Impacts/Damages in NY, PA, CT, and MD. Experienced in the areas of Utility, Water/Wastewater, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Industrial, Hospital, Educational and Correctional facilities. Mr. White's emphasis is on the use of state of the art project management tools to properly plan and execute complex construction projects. Mr. White has managed projects in the US, Canada and Mexico valued up to $980 million and has helped to resolve hundreds of millions of dollars in construction claims.

Gary W. Kreinheder brings 35 years of experience in construction management and claims avoidance to keep major projects on track. He has provided construction management and contract administration on projects ranging from $15 million to $5 billion. From the perspective of his practical knowledge in the construction process, contract negotiations and administration, Mr. Kreinheder has developed his talent for forensic investigation to determine and mitigate the underlying problems on troubled construction projects and in analysis and presentation of complex construction claims. Mr. Kreinheder’s approach to problem solving is to bring people together to devote their strengths and talents to solving problems and avoiding the “blame game.”

Robert L. Fagel, P.E., is a licensed professional engineer in the state of New York and has worked in the construction industry for nearly 30 years. Mr. Fagel has been involved with the project management of various construction projects involving water and wastewater treatment, hydroelectric projects, industrial warehouse and process improvements, bridge repairs and replacement, site work improvements, and public and private school renovations and new construction. He has been involved with the development of construction claims and several successful claims resolved utilizing negotiation and alternative dispute resolution methods versus litigation. Mr. Fagel served on the board of directors for the Northern New York Builders Exchange from 2000 to 2003
