  • Syracuse NY – DestiNY USA project development. Retained by DestiNY USA to develop project controls systems and project schedule for $20 billon development project. Worked with Autodesk (Revit) and Desault systems to integrate 3D project model with P3e to create a 4D project model. Worked with Primavera and Autodesk to integrate the software.
  • Represented the owner - responsible for the Scheduling, Claims prevention document review, and Architectural inspection for a 1200 Megawatt Cogeneration facility. Close monitoring of the project resulted in the project being completed on time and within the $980,000,000 budget. Responsible for the review of the Contractors progress schedule and coordination the schedules of the various contractors with the owner’s activities.
  • Provided Scheduling and Claims consulting services for the Construction Manager on a federally mandated $130 million wastewater treatment project in Syracuse NY. The project is a critical part of the Onondaga Lake Clean-Up project. This project involved the coordination of over ten different contractors, multiple Owners Representatives (Federal, and several Local Owners) and a joint venture engineering firm. The Project was impacted by a late start (5 months), contaminated soils, sever weather, design issues but was still completed on time due to aggressive scheduling and coordination.
  • Provided Scheduling and claims prevention services for the construction of a new $100+ million Paper manufacturing plant in Solvay NY. Due to aggressive efforts at resquencing the Project the impact of faulty engineering and a high number of changes was minimized.
  • Provided Scheduling and Construction Management consulting services for the construction of a pharmaceutical plant for Merck Pharmaceuticals in Mexico City, Mexico. Worked with O’Brien & Gere Technical Services to replace the failing contractor in order to minimize the schedule impact to the project.
  • Contract Administrator / Scheduler for nuclear construction project. Acted on the owner’s behalf in the preparation, bidding, award, and execution of the multiple building Facilities Improvement Project. Responsible for the Contract Administration of the multiple contracts issued for the construction of several major new office buildings and miscellaneous out buildings at this nuclear facility.
  • Provided Scheduling and Construction Management consulting services for the construction of a pharmaceutical plant for Merck Pharmaceuticals in Danville, Pennsylvania. Planning and coordination of addition to a live facility with emphasis in coordination with the Owner’s ongoing production / research facility.

  • Proctor & Gamble paper facility, Cape Giradeau, MO. Provided forensic project analysis services and expert reports of the time based impacts to the project. Aided the general contractor in the development of the case and performed expert rebuttal on the numerous reports submitted by the opposition. Trial in Federal court with a $40 million difference between the two sides.
  • Elkton Federal Prison, Elkton OH. Provided arbitration support and expert witness testimony for a complex schedule driven claim on a multiple building (15) campus style construction project. Developed and submitted expert reports and researched and rebutted opposing expert reports on behalf of the electrical contractor. Prevailed in arbitration action.
  • Conococheague Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Facility, Washington County, Pa. The project is a process intensive facility for the treatment of industrial waste. Retained by General Contractor to provide construction claims and litigation support services. Services included CPM schedule analysis, review and analysis of opposing expert report, and expert witness testimony. The contractor prevailed for the full amount of the claim
  • Hughes Magnet School, Syracuse, NY. Retained by the electrical subcontractor to prepare a schedule analysis and expert report regarding the impacts experienced on the addition and renovation of an existing school. A non-performing asbestos abatement contractor impacted the schedule and sequencing of the project.
  • Clinton County Waste Facility, Clinton County NY. The project is a process facility for the treat of wastewater. Retained by General Contractor to review the project and prepare an expert report that was instrumental in settling disputes regarding design errors and omissions. The claim settled in favor of the contractor.
  • Bruce C. Clarke School, Adams, NY. Prepared the expert report for the interior contractor for a time-based claim on the addition and renovation of a Jr./Sr. high school. Acted as expert witness on behalf of the contractor.
  • Manheim Borough Wastewater Treatment Plant, Manheim, Pa. Retained by the General Contractor to prepare a Request for Equitable Adjustment for impacts to the contractor’s productivity caused by differing site conditions and the design professionals errors and omissions. The claim was negotiated and settled in favor of the contractor.
  • Roswell Park Cancer Research Facility, Buffalo, NY. Retained by the Electrical Contractor to prepare and negotiate a request for equitable adjustment for a project that was inundated by change orders. Prepared an expert report and aided in negotiating a settlement with New York State Office of General Services.
  • Pyramid Corp., Syracuse, NY. Retained by the Owner / Developer to provide analysis, expert reports and expert witness functions for claims submitted on numerous commercial development projects.
  • Blue Ridge Schools, New Milford Pa. Retained by Electrical Contractor to develop a Request for Equitable Adjustment for sequencing impact to the project schedule. Prevailed in case before American Arbitration Association.
